Banana Blueberry Smoothie

Yummy Goodness :)
All of these measurements are approximate...tweak them as needed depending on the size of your mug/blender.  
Fill 1/3 of the mug with ice
1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
1/2 cup blueberries 
1 handful spinach
2 tbsp flax seed meal
1tblsp chia seeds
1 cup coconut water (If smoothie is too thick, add a little more coconut water)

Blend until smooth!
